Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Leavenworth

Keke, Khalil, Tommie & Hope were so welcoming and took good care of us. They went out of their way to make our stay was comfortable. We came in for 3 days to send off our girl to Benedictine College. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!! You all gave us everything we asked for. Blessed!!

My wife and i stayed sept 12-15. The hotel was in a very good location for what we were in town for. He free breakfast was good. Pretty much what you would expect at a hotel. The room we had was very clean and had a mini fridge and microwave with a one serving coffee maker. I only had one issur and not really anything serious buy an additional light or two in the room is the only reason i didnt give five stars.

I stayed here for six weeks while I trained at Fort Leavenworth. The staff provided excellent customer service, and the rooms were modern with nice amenities. I would happily stay here again; however, I do have a few minor concerns to mention: •Occasionally, the housekeeping staff forgot to refresh my room on the designated days; thankfully, the front desk was more than accommodating and provided fresh towels and trash bags. All of the housekeepers have a professional attitude, and I’d usually catch them the next day if I needed more service. •The refrigerator doesn’t stay cold unless you press a button to lower the temperature for a few hours. Overall, it was a great experience that exceeded my initial expectations.

Rooms are modern and clean. Also, everyone working here from housekeeping to front desk is just the nicest. Super helpful, responsive, and kind. Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed at 4 different hotels in the area, but I kept going back to this one for my remaining 5 nights. The breakfast was really good and the rooms were very nice. Rooms are on the smaller side, which I prefer. I will use this hotel in the future if I find myself in the area again.

I'm a Bonvoy Titanium member. That means I travel A LOT, so I've been to plenty of Marriotts. Awesome breakfast! Ive been at higher end Marriotts that offer far less, this location always has hot breakfast ready every morning, plus a lot of to-go options. Staff is all very courteous. Management team, please keep it up . Stayed here over a month very comfortably, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying at the Fairfield as my mom and I visit my uncle a couple of times a year who lives up the road. The rooms here are always tide and the beds comfortable. The breakfast always has oatmeal which is a fan of mine! Also, they tend to have fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, waffles, juice, and strong coffe. The hot food can be hit or miss, but the turkey bacon is descent. However, the rooms and gym could use some TLC and updating. The bathroom tubs need to be replaced, along with the tile floor, and carpet. The gyms equipment has to be over 12 years old, so they need an update especially being next to a Military base. I hope in the future these changes happen!

This is a 2 star hotel only because it's dated. Dim lights and yellow wallpaper. There was an issue with the hotel charging my card twice, but the front desk team corrected it. It was raining and we couldn't swim outside so we were allowed to swim in the indoor pool at the hotel next door. We were late to breakfast and there was an phenomenal dynamic duo that brought the food back out and actually made plates for me and my son. The room key and wifi worked, the room was clean, bed was comfy and room was equipped with plenty towels/toiletries. The Fairfield-Leavenworth team is doing great things. **This is an unpaid review.
